Enrique Mendoza Velázquez

General Director, CONALEP State of Mexico

Graduated from the Bachelor of Political Science and Public Administration from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico. He has specialized in Strategic Political Analysis at the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE), and in Electoral Procedural Law at the Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico (IEEM).

He is a Master in Political Communication and Strategic Governance from George Washington University. He is a member of the National Institute of Public Administration; the Latin American Center for Development Administration and the International Institute of Administrative Sciences.

He is the author of the books: “The Study of the New Political Science. General Perspectives”; “The Democratic Lid, Electoral Reform 1917-2003”; “Poverty: Latin American threat”, “State Reform, Transition and Social Democracy” and “The Dilemmas of Social Democracy”.
