Manuel F. Flores Revuelta

Manuel F. Flores Revuelta is an Industrial Engineer with a specialty in Electricity from the Technological Institute of Saltillo. He currently serves as the State Coordinator of the Mexican Dual Training Model, State Director of the Open High School Subsystem, and General Director of Private Schools of Middle and Higher Education in the State of Coahuila de Zaragoza.

Amongst his vast professional career, he was National Director of Conalep (2000-2002) and Rector of the Technological University of Coahuila (1996-2001). He has also been a professor at the following educational institutions:
