Based on the results of the Dual Apprenticeship project, we developed the project Dual graduates as career orienteers, in partnership with colleagues at GOPA Consulting Group and with the support of the Glasgow Knoledge-Exchange Fund. The project aimed at developing and piloting an innovative methodology to deliver career advice to Dual students in Mexico. Specifically, the pilot supported a series of dual graduates in Yucatan to co-design and deliver career orientation activities for current Dual students. This toolkit systematizes the learning from that pilot to offer a comprehensive guide for implementing similar interventions. Designed as a useful and practical document, the document offers guidance and suggestions for practitioners to reproduce similar initiatives in other contexts.
